This policy explains what personal information Psychic Wisdom collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It applies to this website and to my services.
1. What I collect

Your name, email address and telephone number, when you contact me or register for a course

I do not collect payment card details through this website.
2. Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and provide the service you have asked for, deliver course materials, and keep the records I am required to keep. I do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked me to.
3. Who else sees it
Messages sent through the forms on this website are delivered to me by Web3Forms, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both hold the information only to pass it on to me or to serve the pages to you. Web3Forms keeps a copy of form submissions for 30 days and then deletes them.
The contact page includes a Google Maps embed. When that page loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies. That happens under Google's own privacy policy, not mine.
I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
4. Confidentiality of sessions
What you tell me during a reading, healing or course is treated as confidential and is not discussed with anyone else without your permission.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics.
6. How long it is kept
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
7. Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me and I will respond within a reasonable time.
